In 2020, I was thrown into teletherapy with no training, no materials, and no roadmap. It was overwhelming, and I constantly felt like I was letting my clients down. Over time, I started figuring out what worked and built systems to make online therapy easy for me and engaging and effective for my clients.
As more therapists shared the same struggles — how to set up teletherapy, how to prep for sessions, how to keep kids engaged and progressing — I realized I could help. What started as supporting colleagues quickly grew into coaching and training clinicians nationwide.
